Silicon Render

Commonly referred to as thin coat renders, silicone renders are crack-resistant. They are applied in a very thin coat on a reinforced base coat. Silicone render is relatively high quality and premium but comparatively more expensive than monocouche rendering.

It is identified as being easier to apply as compared to others. Thin coat silicone is manufactured by companies like K rend, Parex, and Weber.
